Our Cardiac Risk Reduction Services, including Cardiac Rehabiliation, are available to anyone who is at risk for, or diagnosed with, cardiac disease including angina and heart attack, and those who have undergone a cardiac intervention including angioplasty, stent, and cardiac surgery. Through education and exercise, this program helps patients identify and modify risk factors.  Risk factors which increase the change of developing heart and blood vessel disease include:

 

Constant Stress
Diabetes
Family History
High Blood Pressure
High Serum Cholesterol
Lack of Exercise
Menopause
More than 20 Percent Overweight
Secondhand Smoke
Smoking
